Rates
Self-pay rate for individual counseling is $175
Self-pay rate for couples counseling is $200
Payment will be made at beginning of the session
Sessions are approximately 45-55 minutes
Payment
We accept several forms of payment: cash, major credit card and health savings account/flexible spending account card.
We also accept the following insurances in Florida: UnitedHealthcare, Florida Blue (BCBS), Cigna, Aetna and some EAPs.
We also accept the following insurance in Minnesota: UnitedHealthcare.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of our scheduled time. Otherwise there will be a late cancellation charge.
